The Plaza is a great place for people who want to experience PB. Everything is within walking distance. Vons being so close is super handy. Shopping at 2am, no problem with Vons being open 24/7!

Pacific Beach - Quiet and Cozy
The Plaza is one of the 3 big apartment communities in Pacific Beach. It has some cool amenities - tennis courts, swimming pools, jacuzzi, sauna, and fitness room. It's in a great location, right behind the grocery stores and the bus station, a 5 minute bike ride to the beach, and a 10 minute walk to most of the bars on Garnet Avenue. It's also a quiet place (some areas in Pacific Beach have a lot of loud/hard-core partyers).
If you want to be in Pacific Beach, close to everything, but in a place that's a little more quiet and spacious, that's the right pick for you.

It's so close to Garnet and Vons! I love that we have the business lounge and the lobby, I use it often when I am studying for finals! and of course having a gym! pools and jacuzzis!
