AVA is one of the best apartment complex for students and young people in San Diego. If you are looking for a friendly and social community, look no further! Basketball games, random elevator chats with neighbors, nice pool and jacuzzi, free nightclub tickets for grab at the leasing office, The average age in this huge complex is probably 25 years old. All-in-all, a very vibrant living experience.
On top of that, it's located in the Heart of Downtown San Diego. Schools, restaurants, shopping, bars, nightclubs are all within a 10-20 minute walk. Perfect if you do not have a car. If you do have a car, the apartment comes with a parking spot for an extra $60!! That's a great deal. A parking spot downtown can easily cost $100-$150/month!!
